About the role:
Lumia Care company presents an exciting opportunity for passionate Community Support Workers to assist our clients living in the Parramatta/Nepean region with overnight and daytime roles available.

- Wide variety of shifts available Monday – Friday 7am-4pm and Overnights (mix active and inactive shifts).
- Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings.
- Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.
- Continue to support clients to live in their own home by providing help with their domestic assistance, meal preparation and most importantly, companionship.
- A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
- Residing in the Parramatta or Nepean region.
- Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
- Experience in either aged care or community is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle is a MUST for daytime shifts.
- Current First Aid certificate (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
- Current Police Check (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
- NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
