- Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month
- Welcoming and supportive team
- Closely grouped portfolio
- Manage a residential portfolio of 220 houses and apartments
- Approve applications with Landlords
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Oversee repairs and trades
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Insurance and bond claims
- Arrears management
- Experience managing your own residential portfolio
- A valid drivers license and reliable car
- A current Certificate of registration or real estate license
- Flexibility to work one Saturday every month
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Team player
