Job DescriptionADN Investments Pty Ltd, trading as ADN Earth Works, is a trusted and growing specialist in earthmoving, shoring, and excavation services. With over 13 years of successful operations across major projects in Sydney, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team in Lidcombe. Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete slabs, walls, columns and other structural elements.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber, steel and plywood formwork components.
- Ensure formwork is accurate, aligned and secured before concrete is poured.
- Maintain compliance with WHS standards and company safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years full-time experience as a Formwork Carpenter.
- Strong understanding of concrete formwork systems and on-site construction methods.
- Ability to work from detailed construction drawings.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
