About the Company
This well-established mid-tier builder has delivered high-quality residential, aged care, and mixed-use developments across NSW for over 20 years. Known for its hands-on approach, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships, the company is now seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to join the team on new builds in Western Sydney.
The Role
As WHS Advisor, you will be site-based and responsible for managing all aspects of health and safety on this project. Working closely with the project and site teams, you will ensure compliance with legislation, promote best practices, and help maintain a proactive safety culture across the site.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Ensure WHS policies and legislative compliance are maintained

Support the development and implementation of the WHS Management Plan

Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and on-site safety training
-
Investigate incidents, report findings, and drive corrective actions

Foster a strong safety-first mindset with site teams and subcontractors
About You
-
Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent)

3-5+ years' WHS experience in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and Codes of Practice

Confident communicator with a practical, hands-on approach

Experience with residential, aged care, or mid-rise developments preferred
